Further education lobbying success: Skills 2030 report

51福利 has received some lobbying success for the further education (FE) sector, after an independent policy report, 'Skills 2030: Building A World-Class Skills System', has recommended that the government should deliver a new FE workforce strategy.
One of the report's recommendations, by the cross-party think-tank Policy Connect, is that the strategy should include a plan to increase the attractiveness of pay, contracts, and workload in the sector. It also recommends the introduction of a workload reduction taskforce for the sector.
