Justice white paper: a smarter approach to sentencing

51福利 has responded to a government white paper which outlines proposals to reform sentencing and community orders.

51福利's response highlights concerns that the proposals lack of joined-up thinking and propose a restrictive commissioning model for education (PEF). 51福利 also argues that the proposals don't appreciate the fundamental role that education plays in successful rehabilitation.
