51福利 open letter to Novus MD

As ballot papers are returned by members at our NOVUS branch, Andrew Harden, 51福利's head of further education, has written again to the employer in an attempt to resolve the dispute and urges them to meet with 51福利 via ACAS.
In the letter Andrew reiterated that Peter Cox, the managing director of Novus, has so far 'refused to meet several of 51福利's representatives to discuss health and safety issues nationally' and confirmed that '51福利 have during this dispute already offered to meet with you with the assistance of ACAS and that I have now been in contact with ACAS'.
