If you didn't manage to get your completed ballot papers in the post before Christmas there is still time to do so now. Please vote YES to both questions and return the papers in the envelope provided. The ballot is open until Friday 14 January 2022, meaning that the last safe date to post is Wednesday 12 January 2022.

Your vote is essential to increase the pressure on employers to settle our disputes on pay, pensions and conditions of employment. Staff at other universities will be taking further industrial action in the new year and the more member that are able to join them, the more leverage we will have with employers.
