Our sector is at a crossroads.

We can either sit back and allow it to be completely overtaken by an ideology that will rip up our jobs, terms and conditions, and the education we provide to millions of students every year. Or we can stand up and demand something better. I say we stand up, and I know you will too.

I believe that through a mixture of mass support on picket lines, and returning an even bigger turnout and YES vote, we can win the disputes and deliver a ground-breaking agreement for higher education staff.
