Mike Russell has been responsible for higher education for nearly two years and in this time has been open and transparent with 51福利 Scotland.

51福利 Scottish official, Mary Senior, said 'We have worked well with the SNP and Mike Russell in particular who has listened to our concerns over governance. We believe that the SNP have formulated the right policies for universities in ruling out fees and reviewing the management of our institutions; policies which have been clearly endorsed in the SNP's historic election victory, and the re-appointment of Mike Russell.
