51福利 calls on the Israeli authorities to release renowned Palestinian Astrophysicist

Following an emergency motion at 51福利 Congress in June, 51福利 wrote to the Israeli government calling for them to release Professor Imad al-Barghouthi.
Professor Barhgouthi was originally arrested on 24 April and placed in administrative detention. At the end of May, he was scheduled to be released but instead was charged with 'incitement' and his case transferred to the military courts.
51福利 has
written again to the Israeli embassy [21kb] in London calling for Professor Barghouthi's release.
