Trade union bill
16 July 2015
The trade union bill received Royal Assent on 4 May 2016 and is now an Act of Parliament.
Â鶹¹ÙÍø opposes the government's pernicious plans to undermine the role of trade unions by curtailing their ability to mobilise effective industrial action. The right to strike is a
fundamental human right and this bill is both excessive and unnecessary.
